During our first class he took the time to see where my child was skill-wise and then created a plan that fit his learning style, especially since my child learns best by ear. Each class was structured to not only cater to that style but to encourage reading music. The lesson plans were simple and the homework was detailed so that my child was able to understand what was expected of them and stay accountable. Michael also provided specific feedback in each class, and significant adjustments that greatly improved my child's playing."
